Schedule Updates

Thank you to my current clients for being extremely patient with me over the last handful of months. I will be getting everyones exercise programs up to date the week of July 21. If your program isn't updated or is missing something after that week  please e-mail me.  â€‹

I will be answering emails the best I can until my baby arrives at the end of August, just give me a few days of grace.

 

If you need more urgent support or support after labour day please reach out to Kristine Slater (Email: Kristine@slaterphysio.com). If she can't answer the question, she will reach out to me. Kristine is taking over the bulk of my caseload so if you're lost on who to follow up with in my absence she's a great option. Carly, who is also available at Shift is also a great option! Carly doesn't do dry needling but she has much more availability especially in the evenings.

 

I plan to take a year off and will post exact dates here closer to then. I will be returning on a reduced schedule to start and will be at Shifts new Valleycliffe location (opening early 2026).
